After 25 years and three generations of dedicated owners, you could say that Eastern Chauffeur knows a thing or two about getting clients to their destinations on time. Founded by Patrick Flynn, the business is now overseen by son, David Flynn, and grandson, Ruben Morelli, who are all proud of its status as one of the most highly regarded chauffeur companies in Norfolk. Ongoing contracts with some of the region’s most prestigious clients – including Lotus, Norwich City FC and Aviva – is a prime indication of the reliability and exclusivity of the services on offer. The fleet of vehicles include a selection of high spec Mercedes driven by chauffeurs who are all required to wear business suits.
The judges were particularly impressed with the efforts made by Eastern Chauffeur to bring their business into the 21st century. This year will see the purchase of their first electric chauffeur-driven car as the business begins to move away from traditional diesel vehicles. This is all part of a deliberate restructuring plan that will see more electric cars included in the fleet – an essential part of the transport industry’s transformation into a more eco-friendly sector. While the pandemic hit the business hard, it is a testament to the family’s hard work and adaptability that they have been able to emerge from Covid not just surviving, but thriving.

Nothing but 5 stars, booked a 7 seater for my wedding to pick us groomsman up from one location then collect my bride from elsewhere, very professional service, had a slight problem arranging the 7 seater, but they offered us a beautiful v class 6 seater that was brand new as a replacement and worked around the problems. Absolute excellence. communication was perfect, timing was spot on, and a personal note to Carlos our driver, he was very professional.

We used their services to go from London to Norwich with a pit stop in Cambridge for coffee and punting.We also used them to travel to a wedding event in Dereham and back to Cambridge. We heard about Eastern Chauffer, and the post-flight drive became the easiest part of the trip.For the last decade, we have used Eastern Chaffer for a variety of transportation needs, from a single individual to our three-generational family of nine, sprinkled along the way with friends on first-ever trips to the U.K. With frequent trips to see our English “cousins”, they are our exclusive go-to service for London to-and-from Norfolk. After a transoceanic flight, there’s nothing more comforting than to know one of the excellent drivers from Easter Chauffer will be waiting right outside the Customs door! They are always on time, tracking our flights so that we never have to wait. We pushed this company to the limits with a high end, last minute film shoot, moving around 130 crew and talent across Norfolk for 9 days, they also organised large bus transfers to and from London. This is the first time we have used Eastern Chauffeurs. It was for our recent trip to and from Gatwick airport. We received a 1st class service from our driver Carlos he arrived early and we were soon onboard the V Class and whisked off to Gatwick a nice touch inside was bottles of water for all occupants. We arrived in good time and Carlos unloaded our cases and wished us well for our holiday. Our return was just as smooth as soon as my phone found service I received a text from Sid our driver for our return he told us where he was waiting and once we made contact he guided us to where he was parked once again we were soon loaded and on our way. There were problems on the M11 and Sid avoided those and we were soon home. It’s such a relaxed service we’ve already booked again for our next trip away. I thoroughly recommend this brilliant company for all your relaxing stress free travel arrangements.
My plans usually transpire late and are often change at short notice too, credit to Ruben, Dave and Gail they are always on hand to help and make the necessary changes.The cars they are always presented exceptionally well and are really high spec too.Being a regular user of EC, as they get to know you and you get to know the drivers, the drivers build a relationship with you and I usually find the same driver is allocated, this is awesome for rapport building and trust too!Thanks guys!

Gail, David and everyone at Eastern Chauffeur were so incredibly accommodating and helpful. We had a large corporate group with a complex itinerary Gail and David made it happen and helped everything go off without a hitch. Everything was taken care of and they were very responsive and quick to make any last minute changes. They provided us with E-class and large V- class Mercedes and ensured everyone was comfortable and taken care of.
